How does this Net based service work?

• You may send inputs via Email, Fax or Courier to our office along with scope of work and also a reference sample.
• We follow your instructions and send you progress drawings via Email for your review and comments.
• The said progress drawing may be plotted by you and thereafter necessary mark-ups/ with comments may duly be recorded.
• The said mark-up drawings/ comments can be either be faxed or e-mailed after scanning
• We then do the final correction as per the comments and then re-check before e-mailing the drawings to you for final use.

What are the formats in which you can accept input data?

We can accept drawings as *.dwg,*.dxf, *.plt, *.dwg, *.pdf, *.tif,*.jpg files and documents in *.txt, *.doc, *.xls,*.pdf files. |

Can I mail the paper originals?

Yes, you can mail your paper originals from any country directly to our office address, and we will return the same after the work is over. |

What kind of turnaround time is expected?

The turnaround time could be as low as 24 hours if you email the files, as we work in 2 shifts. |

Can I use fax machine to send the originals?

Yes you can. Cut the paper sheet into long strips of 8½" size and fax it to our office. The width may be increased or decreased so that important information like text and dimensions are clear. This works in 80% of the drawings. |

How can payment be made?

Payment can be made in US Dollar, Pound Sterling or any currency via cheque mailed directly to India, or by wire transfer to our bankers. |

In what DPI should the paper original be scanned?

The paper if scanned at 150 DPI, is able to display almost the entire
information visible on the sheet. |

We make every effort to safeguard the computer & paper data files generated in the course of a project. Upon completion of the project, original paper drawings, files can be returned for future use if required |
